Cagrilintide Pen 10mg / 2ml

Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analogue. Amylin is co-secreted with insulin and acts on area postrema receptors to slow gastric emptying and increase satiety; phase 2 data (Lau et al., Lancet 2021) showed dose-dependent weight reduction over 26 weeks.

It complements incretin-based protocols by acting on a different satiety pathway, which is why it is frequently combined with a GLP-1 analogue.
